Nursing Post
Formerly a Mining Wardens residence (W Lambden-Owen, author of "Cossack Gold", was Warden of North Coolgardie Goldfield in 1896), the Nursing Post is a lovely old stone building. The first actual hospital in Menzies was a makeshift tent hospital accommodating three beds located in the centre of town. The Nursing Post is now the residence of the Nursing Sister and her family in Menzies.
