What You'll Do:
As a Technical Administration Officer, you will provide essential support to the Works Department through a combination of administrative tasks and fieldwork. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Responding to customer enquiries and providing service information for roadworks and private works requests.

Assisting with procurement, tender processes, contractor records, and maintaining the RAMM system for infrastructure planning and reporting (training for the RAMM system will be provided).

Supporting project management tasks, including grant applications, timesheet management, and report preparation.

Collecting data through road traffic counters, video recordings, and on-site inspections to support works planning.

Providing administrative assistance to Bush Fire Brigades and the Local Emergency Management Committee (LEMC), including equipment management, volunteer records, and emergency documentation.
