The Shire of Menzies is considering the merits of providing a fully functional gymnasium for community use. Before we commit funds or seek grant funding, we want to know your opinion on this initiative.

𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 “𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰” 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱! 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀.

On February 15th, the Shire of Menzies community members participated in the Blue Tree Project to pay tribute to those who have lost their lives to suicide and to raise awareness on suicide prevention and mental health.

GNRBA have advised that they will shortly be commencing their baiting program.
