Are you skilled in building maintenance and committed to ensuring the safety and upkeep of Shire dwellings, Shire-managed buildings, and community infrastructure? If so, we want you to join our team as a Building Maintenance Officer on a full-time basis in Menzies. 
In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and carrying out repairs to Shire dwellings and managed buildings, ensuring they meet health and building standards. While you will handle some repairs directly, you will also organise and oversee contractors for more specialised or larger maintenance tasks.
The remuneration for this position will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The package includes a relocation allowance, subsidised staff accommodation, additional superannuation and loyalty pay, all of which are subject to terms and conditions or Shire policy.
