Community Painting Day: Help Create the Menzies Mural!

The Shire of Menzies invites all community members—young, old, beginners and artists alike to join us for a fun, creative and collaborative Community Painting Day.
We are thrilled to welcome renowned Western Australian artist Melski to town to lead the creation of a brand-new community mural right at the Water Park. This is your chance to pick up a paintbrush and help transform our community space into a vibrant work of art.
No painting experience is required—just bring your enthusiasm and your community spirit!

🍳 Free Community Breakfast BBQ:
To keep our community painters fueled and fed, we will be firing up the grill for a FREE breakfast BBQ! Come down at 9:00 AM, grab some food, catch up with your neighbors, and help us paint our beautiful local birdlife into the mural.
🎒 What to Bring:

Clothes you don’t mind getting a splash of paint on!

A hat, sunscreen, and a water bottle.
Come down for an hour or stay for the morning. Let’s create something beautiful together!
We have printed blank coloring-in sheets exactly like this flyer available down at the Menzies Visitor Centre / CRC! Grab a copy for the kids (or yourself!), guess the colors and share your masterpieces using #MenziesMural.
