Join us at the Ngalipaku Rec Centre on Thursday, September 10th at 5:00 PM for an evening packed with country hospitality, laughter, and community spirit. Whether you are a seasoned pro or have two left feet, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
What’s on the Lineup:
- 👢 Line Dancing: Kick up your heels and learn some classic country moves.
- 🎤 Karaoke: Take the stage and belt out your favorite outback classics.
- 🎯 Games: Fun, lighthearted activities for all ages.
- 🌭 Community BBQ: Pull up a stump and enjoy a hearty, free cookout with your neighbors.
Looking Out for Our Mates 💛
September 10th is also R U OK? Day. Out here in the goldfields, looking after our neighbors and checking in on our mates is just what we do. Amidst the music and dancing, the Hoedown is the perfect, relaxed space to grab a bite, have a yarn around the campfire and ask a friend, coworker, or neighbor: "Are you OK?"
