Adoption of Amendment Local Law

The Council has resolved to adopt the Shire of Menzies Amendment Local Law –

Purpose – to correct errors in local laws identified by the Joint Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation

Effect – to align the local laws with these requirements.

Commencement date of the local law is 30 July 2022.

A copy of the local law and the consolidations of the local laws amended, may be inspected at or obtained from the Shire Office, Shenton Street, Menzies during normal opening hours.

The consolidated local laws are also available on the Shire’s website.

The local law was published in the Government Gazette on 15 July 2022.
